The Gift of Christmas Charity of Your Choice Fundraising

River Valley Community Resource Center is hosting a Christmas Community Fundraising Event and giving you the opportunity to be a part of it. This event will take place at River Valley CRC on December 3, 2022.

This event will give 100% of the proceeds to the charity or non-profit organizations.

This family event and open to the public. We are bringing our COMMUNITY together to celebrate the most beautiful time of the year. Local schools, organizations, Boys and Girls Scouts, businesses, church choirs, musicians, and all the talented individuals are invited to participate in this event.

HOW IT WORKS:

You are inviting people to come and support your organization to come to the event and vote for your performance. To do so, they have to by a voting ticket. Each ticket is $1. Each performer/group will have a voting box placed on the stage in which the tickets can be placed. You can buy as many tickets as you wish and vote as many times as you desire. Each ticket in your container will bring your non-profit or charity $1. The more people you invite and the more they vote, the more money you will make! At the end of the event, individuals will be assigned to count tickets. If you wish to be present for your ticket count, please has a representative available from your group.

All disbursements for proceeds will be made by check payable to your chosen non-profit or charity. Complete financial information can be made available by request. Disbursements will not be made payable to a business or an individual.
