River Valley Community Resource Center is hosting "The Gift of Christmas." This is a Community Fundraising Event and will take place at the River Valley Community Resource Center on December 1st, 2023.

About the event
An organization /business will decorate a tree no less than 6 ft tall with whatever theme they desire. This is a family event, open to the public. Any tree theme that is not appropriate for family/public viewing will not be accepted. To raise money for your organization or charity, you need to get people to vote on your tree!!! Each vote will cost $1/vote and your organization keeps all the money from the voting. A person can vote as many times as they wish.
The tree with the most votes will receive an additional prize of $100!!!
In order to participate you will decorate a tree not less than 6 feet tall. You will provide the tree, lights and decorations. You should create a sign no smaller than 8,5 "x 11" for your group that includes your business name and the charity name to which you are donating. Trees can…
