Getting Ready for Holidays Salads

In this course, we will explore the art of crafting innovative salads that go beyond the classic combination of lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Three unique salads will be prepared, followed by live music performance, tasting and BYOB(optional),with leftovers to taken home.
